Great hotel with an excellent location! The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions we had. There were plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and all of the major attractions were just a short taxi ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Front Desk Team!
My stay at Rauza Hotel was wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional reception staff. They are incredibly well-trained and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Their professional attitude, paired with genuine politeness and clear communication, made a lasting impression.
I especially want to extend a warm thank you to Shohjahon and Salohiddin at the front office desk, their outstanding service and attentiveness directly convinced me to prolong my stay and book an extra night. Highly recommend

This is a very good hotel. I highly recommend it. It is very close to the train station and the airport. There is a very nice pool, hot tub, and sauna in the basement. The rooms are clean, large, excellent bathroom and bed, and fast WiFi. The restaurant has a big buffet breakfast, but does not serve lunch or dinner. However, there are several nice restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.
