"Great hotel in old Bursa, but just a short drive from the main central motorway / public metro - tram line working east to west. The rooms are well appointed and have all the usual facilities. The lounge bar facing the street provides a location to watch the world go by. It appears to also be a regular place for locals. The breakfast buffet is very oriented to local / eastern tastes, but that’s fine for the style of hotel. The immediate surroundings don’t have much to offer, but a quick walk...

"Stayed for 3 nights. Appartement was roomy and well lit but mostly every piece of furniture was worn out, bruised or damaged…but still functional. The appartment was clean except for the kitchen, appliances, covers and utensils that were dirty and greasy so we had to do some cleaning before setting in. This is not acceptable. Wifi never worked from our appartment so we had to go to the lobby to connect. The personnel were welcoming and did everything they could to help but the hotel management...

"Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing. The food offered catered to the locals with overseas offered no alternatives unless a premium price was paid. "Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again."
