Surrounded by lush greenery, the "Am Rosenhof" holiday rental complex was built in 1997–98 and is located in a very quiet area. No street noise will disturb your holiday. You can enjoy a pleasant holiday in the modernly furnished apartments and suites. Our holiday apartments range in size from 35 to 70 square metres, some of which are duplexes, and all feature a terrace or balcony.

The holiday apartments are part of the “Rosenhof” apart-hotel. This means you can take advantage of the hotel’s services. You can book breakfast and daily cleaning of your apartment as add-ons. The holiday apartment is located on the edge of Baltic Park. It is approximately 150 metres to the Baltic Sea.



Apartment No. 10 is a modern, non-smoking studio apartment with a south-facing loggia. It measures approximately 28 square metres.
The price for Apartment No. 10 includes free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), linens for 2 people, and final cleaning. You can book daily cleaning and breakfast as add-ons.

The functionally designed holiday apartment on the 3rd floor features an open living area with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a loggia. The functional kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, and various kitchenware. There is a private safe in the apartment. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet rounds out the apartment’s pleasant overall impression.
The building has an lift. In the basement, there is a room with a washing machine and dryer. These can be used for a fee.

Just 150 metres from the beach, you’ll stay in a one-room holiday apartment. The 28-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor. The living room/bedroom is furnished with a couch, coffee table, armchair, sideboard, cable TV (flat-screen), radio, and a double bed with a wardrobe. The balcony, equipped with a table and chairs, faces south. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, two-burner stove, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, completes the apartment.
