Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Die Balkone haben keinen Sichtschutz. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und Dunkel. Direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster laufen alle anderen Gäste vorbei. Somit ist das Schlafen nur mit geschlossenem Fenster möglich. Fernseher zu klein. WLAN gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bisher haben wir gegenüber im Haus am Park gewohnt, welches eindeutig die bessere Unterkunft ist. Das Vermietungsbüro ist bei Abreise wenig interessiert ob der Gast zufrieden gewesen ist. Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung und daher auch keine Empfehlung!

Gefallen hat uns eigentlich alles außer, bei der Anmeldung gab es Probleme mit dem Eigentümer des Hauses in welchem die Anmeldung ansässig ist wegen eines Parkproblems. Im Übrigen ist die Internetseite Upstalsboom sehr weit hinten und daher nur sehr schwer zu finden; das sollte dringend verbessert werden. Danke für die schönen Urlaubstage.

Die Wohnung ist in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Top eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Das Bett ist ein Traum. Wir haben dort besser geschlafen als zu Hause.

Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Ostsee und auf das Urlaubstreiben. Ab mittags hat man Sonne. Die Wohnung war sehr, sehr sauber! Das Bad ist prima: eine geräumige Dusche und am Waschbecken eine große Ablagefläche. Auch dass man von der Tiefgarage mit dem Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung gelangt, ist des Gepäcks wegen sehr vorteilhaft.
