The Dünenschloss in Kühlungsborn offers comfortable apartments on the waterfront promenade between the Baltic Sea beach and the city forest. The Upstalsboom 2-room holiday apartment in Building 1, kbds1-03, with 45 square metres of space and a terrace in a quiet west-facing location, is ideal for two people.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor on the west side of the complex in Building 1, Entrance B.

Amenities
The tiled, non-smoking apartment with a shower room consists of a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 2.00 m) and blackout curtains, a living area with a couch, and a west-facing terrace.
The holiday rental also includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a mini-safe, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, 2 TVs, and a DVD player. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Special Features
The holiday complex features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area—including the fitness and relaxation rooms—will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

In addition, a free parking space is available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible, paid charging station for electric cars; it can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.

Feel free to use the coin-operated washing machine and dryer on the premises, as well as the dressing gown rental service at the service office. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. During the season, a beach chair on the beach is available exclusively for your free use!
