The Villa Schaumburg built in the style of the resort architecture, located in a quiet, near the beach and central location in the district west of the beautiful Baltic resort Kühlungsborn. The sandy beach and the promenade are just 150m. Just a stone's throw away you will find numerous dining options, such as For example, the Restaurant Seeteufel, the Fisch-Hus, the Hard Tour (very quaint and local) and the Italian Rossini. The shopping arcade "Under the Colonnades", the Baltic Square, the Kunsthalle and the West Concert Garden with its interesting and varied entertainment program are also located in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot within a few steps. Die lage ist super. Die Ausstattung ist gering (war aber auch so wie beschrieben) aber es war für eine Woche völlig ausreichend. Leider war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber. Nachdem wir die Wohnungstür geöffnet hatten waren ca. 15 dicke Motten in der ganzen Wohnung verteilt. Auch im Schrank waren welche. Also bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles super.

Für uns war es die ideale Ferienwohnung
Lage der Wohnung wirklich toll. An der wunderschönen Strandpromenade, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz nah. Parkmöglichkeit im Hof sehr gut. Fahrradkeller sehr gut. Abwicklung mit der Verwaltung super und unkompliziert.
Erster Eindruck der Wohnung war prima. Alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (sowohl Küche mit Küchenutensilien als auch der Rest der Wohnung). Im Bad war flüssige Seife, Fön, Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Bettwäsche haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Man hätte aber gegen etwas Entgelt diese auch mieten können. Das Bett hatte eine der besten Matratzen, die ich je in einem Urlaub hatte. Konnte von der ersten Nacht an super schlafen.
Werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.
