MEDITERRANEAN CHARM IN A PRIME LOCATION
The Residenz Laguna was built in 2003 and is one of the most beautiful holiday apartment complexes in Kühlungsborn. The entire complex is characterised by modern seaside resort architecture featuring Mediterranean design elements, columns, and arched windows, as well as a unique water garden landscape that gave the property its name. The building is recognisable from afar thanks to its beautiful domed tower.
On cold days, you can warm up in the on-site sauna with a relaxation room and outdoor area (for a fee/coin-operated). Did you spill something on your favourite outfit, or perhaps you didn’t bring enough changes of clothes? No problem: A separate laundry room is available with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. A spacious bike storage room is provided for bicycles. Each apartment comes with one free underground parking space. From the underground garage, you can take the lift directly to your apartment.

LOVINGLY FURNISHED 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH A DREAMY TERRACE
This lovingly furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Laguna Residence and, with a size of 54 square metres, is ideal for 2–4 people. The apartment is fully tiled in a Mediterranean style—only the bedroom has laminate flooring. You’ll find a combined living and dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (for 2 people) and a dining nook, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with all essential appliances (4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven with range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more). For your entertainment, you’ll find a 32-inch LED TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. There is a selection of music CDs, as well as film and music DVDs. From the living area, you can step out onto the beautiful 18-square-meter balcony terrace, two-thirds of which is covered. Here you can relax in the sun or under a parasol and enjoy the wonderful view of the fascinating water feature in the complex’s courtyard. The bedroom is furnished with a large box-spring bed (sleeping area 2 m x 2 m) and a large closet that offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The tiled, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower and toilet features a towel warmer, heated floors, and a wall-mounted hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. A starter set of linens is provided for each person. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi is available; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any service disruptions.

A washing machine, dryer, and sauna are located on the premises and can be used for a fee. Guests of this holiday rental have access to a free underground parking space.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
