Durch die zentrale Lage ist es etwas lauter (Autoverkehr, Anlieferung Netto/Lila Bäcker). Da wir über Silvester da waren, hat uns das aber nicht gestört. Im Sommer würden wir eher ruhiger wohnen wollen. Sehr schön, dass man nach hinten raus gleich im stadtwald ist. Perfekt zum Joggen. Die Wohnung selber hat Fußbodenheizung, was im Winter sehr angenehm war. Das Interieur (insbesondere Wohnzimmertisch und Küche) zeigen bereits leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Das Bad ist okay. Schlafzimmer war angenehm kühl. Neue Kissen wären nicht schlecht. Sehr gut funktioniert hat das WLAN. Auch streamen über den Flat TV war sehr gut möglich.
