The apartment is located in the annex of Haus Ingeborg and is situated on the corner of the ground floor.

You are welcomed by a spacious hallway with ample room for your wardrobe.

The separate living and dining area features a comfortable corner sofa and a large dining table that comfortably seats the whole family. The apartment also includes a television and a radio. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny terrace.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and cookware are also provided.

The first bedroom has a double bed and an additional bunk bed. A large wardrobe is also available. There is still room for a travel cot.

The second bedroom contains a double bed and a wardrobe. There is also space for a travel cot here.

Both bedrooms have blackout blinds and light pleated blinds for privacy.

The bright bathroom features a shower, a large vanity, and a toilet.

The lovely, sunny wooden terrace is perfect for relaxing. Privacy screens provide shelter from the wind and offer a degree of seclusion.

A parking space with no height restrictions is available on the property right next to the apartment for a small fee (EUR 3.00 per day).

Should you require additional parking, you can purchase a weekly parking pass at the parking garage (one street over) for approximately EUR 59.00 (current garage rates apply).

You can easily store your bicycles in the bicycle storage room.
