The apartment is in the 3rd located upstairs and has a balcony to the east side. The apartment size is about 48 square meters and is divided into living room, kitchen, bedroom, kl. Children's room, bathroom with bath and hallway. The living room has a dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, safe, HD satellite TV and telephone.  WLAN is available in all areas for free. A parking place with located directly behind the house (Paid).

In a beautiful location between the forest and the sea is the apartment complex apartment on the beach in the Ostseeallee 14 in the district Kühlungsborn- East. The object is characterized by its particularly favorable location. The beach is only about 50 meters, the city forest is behind the house and the pier about 500 meters. By connecting to the hotel on the beach you have to get the possibility of breakfast sandwiches and newspaper delivered right to your door. Other services, such as the use of the sauna or the breakfast buffet are at the hotel on the beach to be booked.
