This apartment is located on the ground floor. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The dining area is located in the conservatory, a cozy place with a beautiful view of the countryside invites you to an extended breakfast. The winter garden is adjoined by a terrace that leads to the garden. In the living area you will find a modern, beautiful corner sofa to relax and unwind. An LED flat screen Smart TV and a music system provide for your entertainment. In the colder months, underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides a cozy atmosphere. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and 2 additional sleeping places on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Beach Runner Apartment 1: The apartment is according to the planning of the architect N. Wöhlk newly created in a former Büdnerei. The house is located on a large garden plot. The apartment is absolutely quiet, yet the beach road with its shops, the city center, the marina and the beach are within easy reach. Guests looking for relaxation and tranquility are right here. Bakers and supermarket can be reached in 6-8 minutes walk. Our guests have access to a large garden with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area. Each apartment has a parking space, a bicycle shed is available. The unique location of the apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours, for example to Heiligendamm or in the cooling. In about 2 km away is the golf course, there are taster courses possible. Apartment 1: The special feature of Apartment 1 is a conservatory that expands the living area and creates plenty of space. The conservatory is adjoined by a separate terrace. Of course, the garden with barbecue and beach chair is at your disposal. Especially on darker days, the apartment 1 through the winter garden is very bright. The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating for the cooler days, so the apartment is always cozy. A bicycle shed at the house is available. A free parking space belongs to the apartment. On cooler days, you can heat the fireplace. We have some wood ready for you in the small woodshed on the garden plot. The location: Quiet and yet centrally-in about 10 minutes you can reach the turbulent bustle in the city center, the beach street with many small boutiques and the beach. The beach runner apartments are located at the height of the harbor, which you reach quickly via a beautiful path through a small residential area. Leider funktionierte das W-Lan nicht so gut, es funktionierte lediglich wenn man sich im Schlafzimmer aufhielt und dann auch nur sporalisch. Im Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns ein Verdunklungsrollo bzw Gardinen gewünscht da es sehr hell im Schlafzimmer ist sobald die Sonne aufging. Ansonsten aber alles tip top ##### cindy G. Teils mit Meerblick und Blick auf die Felder.Die Vermieter sind super Nett und man kann auch mal den Bootstrailer mit Boot auf den Grundstück parken. Vom Trubel war nicht viel mit zu bekommen da zu diesen Zeitpunkt wenig los ist. Wir können es Kleinfamilien empfehlen da dort alles gepasst hat. Was uns am besten gefallen hat war der Kamin der auch jeden Abend seine Dienste erweißen musste. Wir kommen wieder ;-) ##### Patrick F. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit grossen Grundstück. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren sehr gut in Schuss und die Vermieter waren stets hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung jedem ohne wenn und aber weiter empfehlen. Stock in einem Haus am Stadtrand von Kühlungsborn in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Das Ambiente der Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und zweckgemäß eingrichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die nähere Umbebung und den Hafen. In Küklungsborn sollte man unbedingt die zahlreichen Angebote der Kurverwaltung nutzen, wie Fahrradtouren, Stadtführungen ect. gegen kleine Gebühren nutzen. Küklungsborn bietet für jeden etwas und verliert dabei nicht seinen urtümlichen Charme. Meine Frau und ich können unser Feriendomizil und Kühlungsborn nur empfehlen. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Auch das geschichtliche und kulturelle kam Dank der Kurverwaltung nicht zu kurz. Alles empfehlenswert. Sie liegt in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Kühlungsborn. Die vom Balkon aus zu bewundernden Sonnenuntergänge waren ein Genuß. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Die Wohnung war gepflegt und sauber. Der Ohrensessel bedürfte einer Erneuerung. Ein Sichtschutz auf dem Balkon, zwischen den beiden Wohnungen anzubringen, wäre wünschenswert. ##### Horst K. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich. Wermutstropfen: Die Entfernung zum Strand mit 800 Meter angegeben ist nicht korrekt es sind ist ca.20 Gehminuten. Die Angabe im Internet ist leider nicht korrekt. Das war für uns Schade, da wir aus verschiedenen Objekten in Kühlungsborn das Objekt ausgesucht hatten, dass in Strandnähe liegt. Dank des ausgezeichneten Internetauftritts der Kurverwaltung haben wir schnell in der ehrlichen, zutreffenden Beschreibung dieses Zimmer gefunden. Optimal ist der barrierefreie Zugang zur Parterrewohnung, leider ist der Durchgang ins Badezimmer sehr schmal. Ansonsten ist in der sauberen, gepflegten Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Eventuell Fehlendes wird prompt durch die Familie des Vermieters nachgeliefert bzw. Hilfen gegeben, das Fehlende zu beschaffen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die relativ grosse Enfernung von Heimartort und Bad Kühlungsborn. Dennoch werden wir wieder dieses Zimmer buchen. Sie entsprach genau der Beschreibung, war hell, sauber, gut ausgestattet, hatte einen tollen Balkon, von dem aus wir die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten konnten. Auch die Ostsee war zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest, was wir mit unseren Hunden als äußerst angenehm empfanden. Sie liegt am Ortsrand von Kühlungsborn an einer sehr wenig befahrenen Straße. Es war hier nachts extrem ruhig, haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Es war für den täglichen Bedarf alles vorhanden.Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse. Leider ist von der Ostsee nicht viel zu sehen. Die Angaben bzgl. Lage und Ausstatung der Ferienwohnung entsprachen dem Online-Inserat. Lediglich die Entfernung zum Strand erschien doch etwas mehr als 800 m, was aber bei einem Urlaub mit Hund unbedeutend ist. Der Zustand der Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Zustand der Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen und diese auch selbst jederzeit wieder nutzen. Verschiedene Geschäfte und Restaurants am Ort bieten für jeden Geldbeutel und jeden Geschmack das Richtige. Die Strände, ob FKK oder Textil, sind gepflegt und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Kulturell bietet der Ort durch Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen so einiges. Durch die sehr gut ausgebauten und beschilderten Fahrradwege wird das Radfahren in und um Kühlungsborn zum Vergnügen. ---
