Our apartment is located in a building complex with 5 apartments and has a separate entrance.  
  
Kitchenette, living area with dining area, bedroom, storage room and WC are on the ground floor.  
  
In front is a 16 square meter terrace, partly covered, with garden and seating, as well as a beach chair.  
  
Quietly located, between the directly adjacent beautiful city forest and the Lindenpark, 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, marina and pier within easy walking distance.  
  
The property boasts a quiet location between the city forest and Lindenpark. Furthermore, the accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the beach and close to shops, restaurants, public transport links, several cycling and hiking trails, the pier and the marina. Rostock and Wismar can be reached in 30 to 40 minutes by car.  
  
A parking space is available on the property.  
  
One pet is allowed for a fee.  
  
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
