Located upstairs. The living room with lake view is equipped with a cozy sitting area and TV. From here you can enter the west balcony (also with lake view). The south-facing balcony is also accessible from two of the bedrooms. The separate kitchen is equipped with all appliances (stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer). 3 bedrooms each with double bed, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet and the 2\. Bathroom with toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person there is a linen package in original equipment available. Non smoking! Final cleaning included!A car parking space at the house, W-LAN in some areas optionally available. This apartment will be open until the 27th KW 2017 renovated and newly equipped !! Better pictures follow. Right in the center and just a stone's throw from the beach! The "Haus Hamburg" was built in 1902 in the style of the resort architecture and lovingly rebuilt in 2003\. Between 2005 and 2010, the conservatory additions followed and in 2013, a new building was built which is also reminiscent of the style of the resort architecture. The combined apartment and commercial building is located in a prime location right on the beach road - in the center east of the beautiful Baltic resort Kühlungsborn. Directly in the house there is a bakery, a small fish restaurant, an Irish pub and a fashion boutique. Numerous other restaurants, cafes, bakeries and boutiques in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll, stroll and linger. Shops for daily needs, such as an EDEKA supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy or a drugstore are just a stone's throw away from the object. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just minutes from this facility. In just 2 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station is located. The fine sandy beach, the promenade and the pier are not even 100m. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina. Our guests have a bicycle storage room and an underground parking space in the house. Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u.
