Die Lage der Wohnung mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Fahrradkeller war super zentral und ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen. Alles (Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) war fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein können. Leider konnten wir den Balkon nicht so nutzen, weil auf dem Dach Möwen Nachwuchs hatten und wir somit in der Anflugschneise waren. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts. Die Wohnung liegt in der Etage 2,5, also mit Gepäck etwas anstrengend, da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, sollte man beachten, wenn man nicht so fit ist. ##### Tatjana S.
