"Absolutely perfect accommodations! It was very well equipped, perfectly clean & a fantastic location. One thing I would note is that it is on the second floor and there isn’t an elevator so you need to be able to carry your luggage. But other than that, I would highly recommend this condo."

"The apartment was nice & clean, & looked good. We liked the location, & being able to walk to Mama’s Beach. It was beautiful, & we saw turtles. The host included directions to get to the beach, which was very helpful. We only stayed one night, & thought, as adults, we could tolerate sleeping on the sleeper sofa. We were wrong about that. I did ask the host about it, & he did include a mattress topper to help, but it did not go well. The springs have worn out, so you get pressed into the bar, in the bed. I would only recommend that sleeper to children. The bed in the bedroom seemed fine, but we let the elderly couple with us take the bedroom."

"Location was great with a 3 minute walk to the beach behind Momma’s Fish House. A bit too far to walk to downtown Paia. Condo is a little warn, would love blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room. Beds were comfortable. "

"My unit was spotless and had everything I needed. The location was ideal for me and I enjoyed being so near Paia for excellent shopping and meals. The little Kuau Store is just steps away and has delicious coffee, poke, pastries, sandwiches and anything else you could want for your stay, including a full selection of wines and spirits. The beautiful little beach near world famous Mama’s Fish House is very close and easy to walk to in just a matter of minutes. If you were lucky enough to have a reservation at Mama’s you are in for a delicious experience! Kelly was very accessible and easy to communicate with and made sure my stay was comfortable. She was super!I highly recommend this condo and look forward to future stays."

"Close to mini store for coffee & food. We didn't cook but it seemed like a well equipped kitchen. Nice & clean. Cute decor. Close to Mama's beach. More for beach sitting, not swimming access. But close to Paia & Baldwin Beach. Only negative was it's right on a busy noisy road. Bring your earplugs. "
