Out of 10 my rating is 7.

Overall it is ok. They should improve in cleanliness a bit. For example house keeper skips cleaning the floor under the sofa in the living room. Notice a lot of dust under the sofa.

Need improvement. As the unit I stayed, toilet's window no curtain. Master room ceiling found iron bar exactly above of bed, unsafe condition. Key room only 1 key, better provide at least 2 key set. The pillow condition also need to check. All the best. Thank you.

Everything was basic. Nothing more to scream for. Simple condo. Tidy & clean. Didn’t get a chance to dip in the pool or use any other facilities outdoor because it was raining 24/7. Not recommended to visit east coast during Q4 of the year. Literally rained 24 hours, never ending rain.

Enjoy our 2nd time stay here. Comfortable rooms only the cleanliness need to be upgraded. Kids love the pool.

Perfect for family vacation.

apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enough for family. plus fridge and complimentary drinking water. all is good for the room. went for a dip in the pool and a bit disappointed as the water in the pool is dirty. pool is huge and can accommodate lots of people which is very good as many families are staying at this hotel.

A hotel with great potential - if they improve

Stayed for two nights and three days. But no cleaning services for the 2nd day which was a bit odd considering other hotels/apartment had cleaning staff around - in this hotel you never see one! One thing good about this hotel is the Security - good and efficient Its not well maintained unfortunately - it has great potential though if management improves its facilities and staff Fairly okay reception but needs proper bellboy - though never had bellboy going in the lift with guest together with luggage - had to squeeze in the lift Convenience store was a plus however no restaurant in the premise - so no breakfast/lunch/dinner - had to drive out of hotel Location was good - near Teluk Cempedak where there are a lot of eateries.(Thank God!) Swimming pool was good but NO TOWELS provided - so bring your own The residences were okay but again poorly maintained- kitchen no utensils - only the usual ones (cups and PLASTIC spoons with tasteless coffee) Any other facilities (microwaves and such) are only for permanent residence.Sigh!

The staffs are mostly are migrant workers who are not converse and friendly. No restaurant or room service. No phone in the room to contact the housekeeping. Towels are old and doesn't look clean at all. The shower head in the master bedroom is not functioning smoothly.

Quiet sanctuary for a break

The location is close enough that we can get to the town within minutes drive. Surrounded by housing community makes it feel like going home instead of a sterile business like environment. The accommodation is perfect for the 6 of us. This will be a preferred place to stay if ever we are in Kuantan again.

Modern & value for money.

The exclusive room was value for money with all the modern design of bed, sofa & dining table. My kids love the swimming pool, also with the safety of the children play ground. No worry at all.

Location is good but room is dirty

Many ants and cockroaches. Bed not comfortable and smelly bedsheets. Bed can feel the spring, hard. Toilet not clean. No hanger.
