Book family room and requested to check in early around 2pm but the receiptionist insist that they only allow check in at 3pm so we have to wait at the lobby for 1 hour with our kids. The lobby is warm seem like their airconditioner is not functioning very well. We stay in room 2016 but the card is not functioning need to call the staff regarding the card it took us around 15minutes to enter the room. The room was nice and clean, but the staff and the service they provide is not so good. It appears not to be occupied for a while... Very dust and lots of dead bugs and spider webs. It has a smell of stale cigarettes. I requested to switch to a non-smoking room and it was also dirty and smelly. Mirrors and shower glass have streak marks. The carpet in the hallway is old and smelly. The room has a working table butt no chair. The closet is absolutely gross and unacceptable to be called a hotel.
