The place is clean, water pressure in our room on the 2nd floor was good, the warm water shower was great after a tiring day, & the working airconditioned made the room comfortable to just relax in. It's a basic room with a jug kettle to boil some water, a desk & comfy work chair to get some work done, as well as a comfortable enough bed beddings to rest. There's also a water dispenser at the hallway. I liked that parking is available for RM2.20/day only (with validation). There are also plenty of good food options around & transportation options as well. The only thing we really struggled was the noisy night environment, where not just the sound of vehicles, but possibly drunk humans, & karaoke music from shops or stalls nearby in the wee hours of the morning. If you're a very light sleeper, you'll need to request for a room that's hopefully not facing the backroad like ours.
