Less than an hour after I got into the room, I was in the shower when they came knocking the door, to collect money for the deposit. That apartment's furniture was badly stained, there was mould and a stink in the bathroom, and the TV worked but the cable system did not. Worse, the admin was ultra-haphazard: we didn't have details until late on the day of arrival. Although nearby, the new location was inconvenient. With no confirmation, or access information, we tried to cancel but failed.
