We ended wasting 2 hrs of our vacation time working a solution With Expedia Sed to book again with Maple Home reception which is an agent at the hotel onsite to secure a replacement accomodation. Attach to Sed C receipts of our replacement accomodation. When we checked in we were giving no information on amenities, check out time etc. When we arrived at our room, there was a lady (worker?) inside who immediately left before we could ask why she was there. The bathroom smelt terrible. We asked reception to fix the smell, we were told to boil water and pour in down every drain in our room which “should fix the smell.” We had to return to reception to ask what floor the pool and gym were on as there is no information available in the room or building. We were not told about the construction that would take place in the hallway and room next door to us.
