This one was self check in. Before I was to contact Hotels.com staff, they said that they had front desk staff to assist guest to check in. When I arrive, they only provided the phone no that the guest contact other departments staff to show us check in process. I contact the check in staff by email. They late to reply us. It was so difficult to do check in process. Exclude this point, all is good for stay in here! We asked for another room that we have got. It was also dirty and it also smelled bad. (Although it was less bad than the first one) We paid five star prices and we got a 2-star accommodation - I’ll never ever stay at this place again (I’m in KL every week). Staffs are nice, if anything is out I can send them a message on Whatsapp and they will bring it down.
