The room was very large and clean. We were lucky enough to have a partial view of the Petronas Towers which I was happy about. However, the room did have some moderate wear and tear. The walls really needed to be painted and the bathroom had a leaky roof which the hotel did address. I have stayed at this hotel before and the service and staff were much better. WiFi was almost non existent in my room and the hotel did nothing to remedy this disputes me lodging a complaint several times. Other hotel guess were very noisy and inconsiderate. It is very noise at mid night, and suspected the immoral activities and public disturbance with a motorcycle racing. I coudn't get a good sleep. The check-in time was disturbing and slow. I came over around 2:30pm, and more than 7 person waiting for check-in with their friends and families at the small lobby. I only manage check-in at 3:30pm. No fridge. Pros: The hotel parking is free at the level 4\. The bed is comfortable.
