The location is very close to the metro station—the pedestrian bridge to the station was on the 1st floor connected to the property. It is only 1 stop to Sentral station so it is very convenient to get around. The on-site washer and dryer was very handy. The refrigerator didn’t work but the owner made a valiant effort to get it working the first day, then seemed to forget about it. There is no outlet on the bathroom, so hair dries, electric shavers, etc. have to be used in the hall. ##### Sharon Stayed 4 nights in Jan 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Nigel 22 Mar 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Roomy but Spartan condo with loft bedroom This is another apartment rental, which I was trying to avoid initially, so I was surprised when I arrived, and there was no front desk. Instead there’s a set of instructions on how to retrieve the key and passcodes and attachments with rules what to do and what not to do, etc. 🙄. I stayed for two nights, and it was very quiet and safe. The unit itself definitely needs some refreshing and glass cleaning so it comes off as dingy. Kitchen seemed fairly well equipped but not even a bottle of water for guests. Notably, the bedroom is up in the loft and the ceiling height is only about 165 cm. Also tends to be very hot so you’ll need a lot of AC and fans to be comfortable there. Constant security personnel around the lobby and a doorman. Great views from the 19th floor. It is close to the metro and a few minutes walk from the Brickfields area. I believe you pay extra for parking. Check out is 11 AM sharp or a fine is levied.
