The rooms were clean and had stunning views of the twin towers. Location of the apartment is convenient since its in the same building as times square shopping mall. This is an apartment which has no proper management & instead run by local agents who extort money and do not provide basic services like Wifi , Fresh Towel, bedsheets. Once checkin they will ask for deposit and assure everything is ok. Later on they will not clean room and also no wifi. There is no single person to complain. People are : John and his supervisor Robinson who have "no care attitude" . During checkin there is wait for more than 1 hour and local security guards would not allow to enter the premises unless room key is given and pax are made to stand outside! We stayed 1 week but till last day all above problems were persistent and there was no one to list the complaints. Beware of this hotel / apartment and try as much possible not to check in here. Very poor management and place run by unprofessional agents. Overall quite comfort. The heater was not working, the agent came to service but the problem occur again the next day.
