The condition of the room is the greatest downfall, stains on the bathroom wall and furniture was was worn and stained. The things that brought it down from perfect are, the rain shower had a leak that got the massive bathroom wet, the furniture had a lot of stains on it as well one chair was missing a screw which made it unusable. It also needs a good cleaning under the bed and behind the headboard.
