You can ask them on direction, make a request for the room to be house keep and request for any help and they are there for you to help you feel at home. For the value paid, the hotel facility and room is adequately comfortable and clean and I must said it was a value deal. The hotel is strategically located as it is within walking distance to eatery place and restaurants, convenience store ( a 7 Eleven store is just across the road ) and medical clinics and specialist medical center. But next day until I check out 8.45am still didn't get my breakfast. Then I ask why I didn't get my breakfast they said sorry yesterday not my duty. I'm disappointed to this hotel they service. One more thing is they also didn't provide parking for customer, I choose this hotel because I see there show me got (free parking and free breakfast) I'm totally lost two of this things! When I ask for free parking, the guy at the counter there told me if you park not under they range will get fine, the guy told me if you don't want get any saman pls early in the morning move your car to they parking line!!! This service is very terrible and bad I had meet.
