This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend. Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious.

Excellent stay!
Stay was amazing! the suite is very well-maintained and very clean and the location is excellent too as it is just about 1km away from the heart of bukit bintang. Will come back for sure.

Very spacious and well-equipped suites, perfect for families or groups. Well maintained, clean, value for money, the location too is very convenient! The only downside is the breakfast. There are hardly any options available for breakfast, kindly improve the same. For the kind of property this is, I was expecting a lavish buffet.

Beautiful apartment close to transport
We arrived early but weren’t able to get into our room however we were able to wait in comfort. We were then upgraded to a larger apartment. It was roomy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was a fantastic pool area for anyone who wanted to use it. We were within walking distance of the amazing night food markets and just a short walk to the bus stop. Great place to stay.

Great Hotel, great stay, breakfast should improve
Hotel was great and clean we stayed for 4 nights and we were upgraded. Breakfast, no no no. Not really catering for all and it is plated with little options and all extras you pay for. During our stay we could not have breakfast there even though it was included in our package Otherwise our room was nice, clean and spacious, just the breakfast. Would recommend to others.

Spacious and clean
Arriving at night, the first thing that caught our attention was that the hotel is near the active spots while being on a calmer street itself. The pre-check was smooth, but do note that it's not the official check-in. Therefore, bring your papers to breakfast the next morning, to the 10th floor. The tenth floor is the amenities floor, that includes the little restaurant where breakfast is served and the hotel counter. There are other restaurants on the first floor of the building, if you want a glass of wine or something. Our room was clean, serviced on a daily basis, and quiet. Please note that the suites are on floor 31 or 32 with access to a good size balcony. I enjoyed taking in the view from there at night. The staff is discreet, yet kind and helpful. There's a taxi stand in front of the hotel, but walking to Bukit Bintang's station is also an enjoyable experience. There are massage parlors, seafood restaurants, street food stalls (at night) and a bustling nightlife nearby. It was my favorite part. We had a great stay at Suasana Bukit Ceylon.

We stayed here for our entire vacation. The serviced apartments were in excellent condition and its nicely located. The hotel manager Susan was very welcoming and accommodating, all staff from security, reception etc were extremely nice and went out of their way to make our stay a very memorable one.

Poor signs on ground floor. Check - in slow then very unhelpful when problem arose. Apartment was not clean, sofas with tears, stains on chairs, balcony doors did not lock, safe not working. And they demanded a deposit in case we damaged anything! Reception was useless. Duty manager next day was much more helpful - offered to move us. Staff at breakfast very attentive - chef even took opportunity to teach others how to make poached eggs. Would not stay again as plenty of other places to try for similar money.

Outdoor direction signage is poor and the internal for the room signage did not cover my room number. Air Cond was turned off in switch board and the cordless phone to ring reception to fitx the air cond did not work. Bed was short, lucky I am too. TV channels were a poor selection on Astro.

Not quite what I expected
Great location, good facilities, great swimming pool area, friendly and very helpful staff. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable, massive TV in bedroom. Biggest disappointment was the lounge and kitchen. Only 1 easy chair and no TV in lounge. Kitchen does not have a washing machine. Very little daylight in lounge area.

Spacious, pristine, convenient and great value
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Suasuana suites. The apartments were luxurious with an amazing view of the KL and petronus towers. Facilities were great, staff very friendly and helpful and the location very central with easy walking access to KL highlights. We highly recommend staying here!

A great place in the heart of KL. A walking distance to Petronas tower and KL tower. Also a short taxi or train ride to Central market and Merdraka square. Beautiful swimming pool. Gym is okay. Breakfast was my the greatest but filling nevertheless b

Decently central
They let us check in early and we are extremely thankful. However, the appartment did not have amenities that were advertised eg dishwasher cookware etc. We had to ask for it and the manager was kind of rude. Had to show a photo as a proof. Not too thrilled about it. The breakfast was really basic and though we paid for it at the time of booking, we gave it a skip. Overall an average place.

No proper 24/7 reception, everything was done by 1 person on 10/F who was also handling breakfasts, etc. Too limited staffs which affected quality of services. Beeakfasts time little messy and checkin / checkout beyond their working hours are left to security guards to handle which they don't know much of. Inside rooms had to find electricity first before all aircon and lights worked. Bit strange that it isn't ready for us when checkin in. Nice big living room with kitchen.

Great place for a family
This was a wonderful place to stay as a family of 2 adults, 2 teenage girls. We stayed for a couple of nights so the girls could shop before we headed off to Langkawi. We had a two room apartment which suited us perfectly. The rooms were clean & comfortable, & the pool was great. The location is perfect as it was a short walk to many bars & restaurants, & also a short walk to the shopping mall precinct. Absolutely loved this part of KL & would recommend Suasanna Suites to anybody.

The hotel is not in a crowded area, which we liked. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious for my family. It was clean all around. The hotel staff are friendly - particularly Wan Ku at the reception/lobby. Breakfast was okay. We had to walk or take teksi to get around. But Food Street is just 10 to 15 minutes walk, and there's lots of food.

Very clean modern hotel
This is our second hotel stay in bukit bintang area, close to many restaurants and shopping. As pedestrians use caution on streets when crossing and sidewalks in bad shape. Easy to get to monorail , free hop on bus GO KL to get around also

Amazing hotel, highly recommend!
One of the best hotels my family ever stayed at. The checkin to the hotel didn't take long and was very easy the staff were also very welcoming and helpful. As soon as we opened the door to our suite we were impressed. It was very spacious, nice looking and well presented the aircon also worked to a charm, also the cleaners did a great job cleaning our hotel on a daily basis. The breakfast at the hotel was average not much variety however the hotel duty manager did mention to me that this was something being looked at and will improve in the near future. My family loved the swimming pool area, it looked beautiful and was well maintained. I experienced a couple of minor issues but I was impressed with how quickly the hotel staff attended to these, hence why I am still giving 5 stars. Also some people might find a 24 hour reception very important which is totally understandable, however I didn't find this to be a problem because security was always around and always did their very best to help with any situation. The main shopping location and some main attractions are very close and within walking distance to the hotel, however for your safety I still recommend you get a taxi or bus because there are not many walking paths in Malaysia. I highly recommend this hotel and if I had to return to Malaysia I would not hesitate to rebook this same hotel.
