Secondly, the staff also not proffesional and friendly at all , and also not able to communicate properly but only use signal and some of the staff are not responsible especially the reception staff. They charged us with unexpected fees and doesnt return our money ! I am really disappointed with the services from the hotel owner and staff as they are not as we expected to be ..just imagine, we booked the hotel online for RM50 including the taxes but when we arrived at the hotel , we are asked to pay for RM65 !
