Overall the property is older and not so well maintained. The lobby features are broken, the buttons on the lift are missing, and the TV only has 3 working channels. No teaspoon provided in the room either. But the staff are friendly and try to help as much as they can. I got the hotel because it came with a gym. The gym is very comprehensive but it didn't belong to the hotel. It was a private gym. So every time you want to go to the gym, you will need to go to the lobby and one of the staff will come with you to the gym to sign you in. Kind of a hassle. Not very accessible with a car so we had to get a grab everywhere we went. Lots of ants in the room, door doesn't close properly, cleaners are observant enough even when Make Up Room sign was displayed for many hours, car park isn't open 24hrs and forced to park outside and got fined by local authorities as the area is very popular and the police love to give out illegal parking summons. This isn't a true hotel and the property management of the mixed development on which Qliq sits on couldn't even help when I issued a complaint about my inability to enter the car park after a late night out. For aircon control, only temperature can be set, but you are barred from controlling the fan speed. Reception only works till 11pm and getting good service from the front desk is non-existent. The lobby is a non air conditioned simple and dark area with a temporary looking check-in desk. The hotel has no breakfast room, there is no breakfast at all. Air conditioning in the room works only limited. So if you are looking for a nice 4 star hotel, this is not the place to go. If you are ok with a simple low cost 3 star hotel then you are fine.
