Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance. The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good. Room was good and spacious with very good A/C. The shower was great, really good pressure and didn't take too long to heat up. Restaurant was okay. I breakfasted there a few times and was a little disappointed to be honest. It was never explained what was included in the RM20 cost and what wasn't. And there wasn't that much variety from day-to-day. I only had breakfast in there so couldn't say about other times. My main complaint was that there was a funny smell in the corridor and in the room. It smelt like stale cigarette smoke. One day it had gone from the corridor but returned the next day.
