At check out they told me it will be transfered to my account. After leaving for airport, someone called me and said deposit can not be returned. Rather they tried to sale me a city tour package adter i left for airport. Still no news on deposit return to my Credit Card. No reception desk Always have to call someone by mobile which is inconvinient for international travellers Check out was stress ful as there is no desk and key drop point.
