I booked for deluxe queen , but upon check in the receptionist told me the room that i booked sold out so she downgraded me to standard twin and will refund the difference upon check out. Unfortunately, during check out the staff told me that there's no refund because room that i was given is what i booked. Room that i booked is Rm100+ compare to room that i get is Rm78+ ( expedia price-24/12/2017-25/12/2017) but the staff insist said room that i get is what i paid for . Because of the staff dont have much knowledege on their product so i avoid the argument. I hope the management aware about this matter and improve it.Thank you.
