Reservei este hotel única e exclusivamente por causa da localização ao lado do desembarque da viagem de ônibus de Singapura para Kuala Lumpur e no dia seguinte com acesso ao transporte express para o aeroporto internacional. O hotel esta caindo aos pedaços, cheira mal com cheiro de cigarro por todo o hotel inclusive no quarto. No pacote que fechei com a hotéis.com incluía o "Café da Manhã", quando cheguei fui informado que decidiram não servir o café da manhã porque é Ramadan. Total desrespeito ao cliente e ao pacote que foi comercializado.
