The worst experience is when I came back from dinner, we found that there are about 10 cockroaches on our beds, some are hiding under the comforter! During my check in, i have to wait almost half an hour bcoz my name was not in the booking list even i had booked the room and paid 3 days before. 2\. I never get room service during my 3 days stay 3\. There were lots and lots of coacroach in the room 4\. Night shift staffs were very noisy talking and joking with each other. I had been staying in numbers of budget hotel around kL and terengganu and this is the worst hotel ever with those rate. I had experience better services with much cheaper hotel at Sentul and Kemaman.
