The only issues were when calling Grab. It will be a long wait because of the traffic jam. Highly suggest to use the train service whenever applicable as often as possible to save time. For the room, it is well maintained although looked slightly old. Regardless, it is still a great experience. The staffs are really friendly and patience. Wall, and door were so thin so you can hear what people talking about clearly from the wall. I woke up at 6am because of the sound from the next room which is like someone bouncing ping-pong ball onto the floor. Also some people needed to check out early morning so I could hear the loud voice from the door. In KL, I guess you can find better hotel with same price.
