Hotel lights were extremely dim everywhere. Inadequate lighting especially in the room 2\. The bed was itchy and I had to deal with a bite on my face after the first night. 3\. The toilet was disgustingly filthy. The bidet spray was rusty and dirty, so every time I had to use it, i was afraid of getting an infection. The shower stall wall was filthy. Housekeeping is an issue here. 4\. The gym is located in a tiny room with very little ventilation as there is no window and feels claustrophobic. Equipment was basic. Staff fixed the lights and thread mill machine when I asked if it’s usable. The hotel must thank their staff as they had an amazing smile always and are always there to assist you.
