Hotel is in an excellent location next to KL Sentral train station but this was a really disappointing stay. You must give a 100 Ringitt cash deposit on arrival which sets the tone. The photos must be years and years out of date as the room was tired and a little depressing. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is on the noisy side, not much soundproofing and doors banging shut constantly. Towels had reached the end of their life and one had holes. Hairdryer was very good.
