The complimentary breakfast was very pleasant. The carpets throughout the hotel were dull and dirty looking. Outside of our door the window was very damaged and raggedy; it needs to be replaced. The room service staff failed to bring us our order; they later stated our food was sent to the wrong room. Our restroom door had splintered wood and my finger got caught on it…thankfully I was not injured. My two sons who are studying at nearby university joined us for breakfast and got to paid RM 38 per pax and definitely not worth it. Replenishment was slow for food and drinks. Also their dining staff are short handed.
