When I called the reception and query they just give me the reason the hotel is out of non smoking room. I requested for a clean up and I waited for 1hour no one shown up. I went down to the reception and complain then. They then simply change me to smaller room and ask me to go and have a look myself. That's definitely no! Checked in at about 6.30 p.m. Unable to find the road leading to the hotel after the traffic light at Persiaran Meranti due to a lot food stalls distracting the views. It is just a short distance actually (50 meter) before turning right to Persiaran Cempaka leading to the hotel. Using digital apps to guide you is recommended. The hotel looks aging but the amenities and cleanliness is superb. Friendly staff at the check in counter, coffee house and quick room service. The air conditioner was good, quiet and cold - can have a very tight sleep :-) The food served during the breakfast is according to the local menus with fruits. Cereals are also available.
