This was in a great location, next to the metro and within walking distance of several sites. If noise bothers you, the metro is rather loud. The hotel has undergone a refurbishment, very clean n comfy, although the room is not soundproofed like being advertised, u can hear the noise from lrt train n people talking outside the room.... but no big deal as I got earplugs The down side.... Check in process has to be improved, they are very slow. During school day the lobby and entrance area is a nightmare! In terms of service, cleanliness, & comfort all were good. Room was as per advertised. But there is always room for improvement. They should put iron if not in every room at least one iron in each level for customer's favor. Plug for charging is in every corner of the room, which is what i like the most but they need to put another mirror outside the bathroom for convenience.
