WE CAME IN AT ABOUT 7PM. CARPARK WAS BADLY LIT AND ROOFS WERE LEAKING, CHECK IN WAS OK. THE ROOM WAS JUST A TOTAL MESS. IT WAS AS IF I ENTERED A ROOM FROM THE 1980'S BUT NOT IN A GOOD WAY. IT WAS A HORRIBLE!! THEY DID NOT HAVE COMFORTERS, JUST NORMAL LINEN AS BLANKETS AND IT WAS SUPER COLD IN THE NIGHT. THE CARPET WAS DUSTY, IT HAD COBWEBS. I WOKE UP WITH MY SINUS INFECTED NEXT MORNING BECAUSE OF THE DUST. THE PILLOWS WERE PAPER THIN. Staff didn't allow to fill water bottle and security guard was too much rude. Toilet seat was broken and very uncomfortable to use. Even there is not enough toilet roll in toilet. Shower head also broken and not able to use it. They didn't change even dust bin during our stay. They didn't come to do room service like changing linen and bed sheet.
