From the day shift to the night staff, the service was world-class. In all my travels, I have never been treated like just another guest; I felt like part of the family. The care from the entire team—from the managers to the young man at the front door—is unlike any other. I especially want to thank the restaurant staff. Every time I returned from shopping at the local shops, they seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with huge smiles and a warm 'welcome back.' WiFi speed has been faster than 6 month ago. The speed is more than 100 Mbps. The view from the room is very beautiful. However, laundry service price has been increased. It is better to go to a coin laundry near the hotel. Also, be careful of the parking per entry.
