Despite repeated requests, my room was only cleaned twice during the entire stay. I had to constantly follow up through messages just to get basic cleaning done, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Housekeeping should be scheduled regularly and not left for guests to chase after. The property itself is fine, but the poor service and lack of responsiveness completely ruined the experience. We need to go up about 14 ramps (8th floor) to our parking.
