Especially bathroom walls were dirty. The morning breakfast was a total disappointment. The chef was cooking pan cakes and sneezing beside the stove. Was disgusting. Calls made for room service and hose keeping was really bad. Looks like they don’t have enough staffs. Only good thing about the hotel is location and big rooms. Since I had a appointment close by, considering the traffic in KL I took this hotel. Opening times varied. Front desk staff was overall friendly but not responsive and honest. The gym opening hours states 7am. When I approached the front desk after finding the gym closed at 7.25, he insisted the timing is 8am and wanted to walk away. I had to insist the timing was 7 , only then he called the gym n say they are opening. Check in on 03 May was not a pleasant experience. Staff insisted my booking was cancelled until I called hotels.com. Only then I was allowed to check in. Very poor customer service. 3 confuses staff at the front desk. Kept insisting my booking was cancelled until they got a call from hotels.com. Fridge not working. Ironing room had no lights at night, had to use phone flash light to shine while trying to iron. Aircon temperature in the room was good.
