Once you open the toilet bowl, they crawl out. Once you open the fridge, they crawl out. Once you open anything, they crawl out. If you bring back some biscuits/snacks, they crawl to eat it. Feedback given with no refund and shamelessly told us, not all of our rooms are like that, just some of them. The suite size was large, but cleanliness and decor were really poor standard. The carpet had hair and dirt, mirrors/windows/shower glass doors had a lot of grime and hand marks as they hadn’t been clean. In both sinks there was hair, and the towels are quite old and marked. The WhatsApp contact was very helpful and responsive in general, I explained I was leaving and they asked the reasons for why I would be applying for a refund. This hotel is also difficult to get to - from KL KTM station I had to run over the highway!
