The hotel also affected with water disruption. I know this beyond hotel control..but what i was suprised is when im coming for breakfast that morning, no hot water serve in their cafe. We need to ask them the hot water, then they will give us. Why not u guys put water dispenser like OYO Cyber boutique did? Every floor they provided water dispenser for guest to use. I need the hot water to make my baby milk. We so desperate to get water to drink. They only put cold water. Im very disppointed that time. Then during the check out no one from hotel staff apologize for this water disruption & give some rebate or voucher discount.
