Carpet dirty, used, old, elevator old, rooms old worn out, It looks like it was from the 1960's hotel. We were accidentally placed in two twin rooms on a lower floor, and they didn’t look very nice. After the correction, we were given our double rooms on the top floor and they were much much nicer. The room felt very tired and outdated. Our shower head was very loose and would fall over whilst in use. Our window would not close - and after telling the reception who tried to fix it, there was still a gap. This was an issue as the hotel is right next to a main road and some bugs bit us during the night. Although not of huge detriment to our stay, the walls had markings and the carpets were a bit dirty. The security guards at the front were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city.
