Like this location is just a few minutes walk to chia town , room is clean and stuff is friendly. Only thing is face to front windows is can hear the noise from outside

We stayed here for 12 days, and unfortunately, the experience was awful from start to finish. The service was very disappointing, the cleanliness was poor, and the overall standard was nowhere near what we expected. We were unhappy with several aspects of our stay, and the experience left a lot to be desired. What makes it even worse is that they offer a free drink in exchange for writing a good review. This makes you question how genuine some of the positive reviews actually are. Guests should be encouraged to leave honest feedback, not offered incentives to leave good reviews. After staying for 12 days, we cannot honestly recommend this place. The service, cleanliness and overall experience need significant improvement. We would not choose to stay here again.

Cheap but you get what you pay for!

Not so good. Beds horrible. Had to ask for an upgrade which they did do wit a bit of an attitude and when asked an additional night we were charged triple what we paid through hotels.com. Otherwise central to where you want to be to pick up a Grab quickly, get to the sites, if you don’t care about your room being serviced and the rooms being a bit outdated and moist.

There were lots of small flying insects in the bathroom. When asked the staff to clean them up, they sprayed insecticide for a couple of minutes, leaving a strong chemical smell throughout the entire room for the whole night. We requested to move to another room, but our request was rejected. We had booked a two nights stay but ended up staying only one night because of this.
