The facilities are not properly maintained. The area is not safe for lady travellers as it is very quiet at night. One time there was a man trying to force open the lobby door when my friend was alone at night. I reported to the receptionist and she informed workers to keep a lookout for us. The hotel is very near to MRT KENTOMEN and its affordable. Good if u stay in large groups but i dont recommend if u are worried about safety. The site says check in at 1pm but they only let u in at 3pm actually. There were dirty shoe prints on the rooms floor. 2\. Towels were shedding so much. 3\. My sleep was interrupted many times throughout the night. There's absolutely no sound proofing, sound seems to be coming from all corners of room. Suggestion: We were upgraded to a superior room with a garden view - however the blinds were so thin that the light from the garden bothered us while we were sleeping. Had to ask for toilet paper and towel. We enjoyed our room so much and the hotel staff made sure it was kept well and clean. There was free breakfast for us even though it wasn’t stated that there’s free breakfast when we booked. Lounge areas were nice and the rooftop area as well. Only down side (very minimal) is that it was noisy throughout the day and night as there were a construction of MRT just in front of the hotel but they provided ear plugs in the room.
