It took another 40 minutes with the help of security guards in the lobby before an 'agent' arrived and told us at 10pm at night that they had no rooms available. Sorry. We had to book another hotel at extremely higher prices as we were desperate. wrote and complaint to Hotels.com and Bianca responded by saying 'is still confirmed on our system and this was booked through the website'. Nothing else like an apology or a refund. I am a hotels.com Silver member, I can imagine other people losing their hard earned cash on this website like me. It was not new, but very comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful. The pool area on the 15th floor of the complex is big and very nice, again with lovely city views (the Petronas Twin Towers and the Menara KL can both be seen).
